This certification replaces the one submitted to you on September 8, ,2006.
We are now scheduled.to be on the City Council agenda on September 19,
2006.
I certify that we contacted the list of neighbors furnished by P&Z with a,
letter dated September I, 2006. None of the invited neighbors attended
our neighborhood meeting held at 6:30 p.m. on September 8th at the Gazebo
on our new property. One couple, Tom and Karen Sauer of 896-7828 who
walk the memorial path each evening and were interested in the future plans,
saw our sign and came to the meeting.
The required signs were posted on Ten Mile Road and Franklin Road on
September 8th. Photos of the signs are attached.
