Dear Will:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above referenced application for
Development Agreement.
However, at the time this parcel of ground is developed Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
must approve all plans dealing with any encroachments within the easement of the District's 10
Mile Drain which courses through this project. Any and all encroachments must have approved
plans and signed License Agreement with Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District before
construction starts. Plans must also show how storm drainage is to be handled.
