Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets for the TM Creek
Subdivision No.7 Private Roads and Utilities Project are designed a minimum of three(3)feet above the seasonal
high ground water elevation. The Geotechnical Investigation"Ten Mile Creek Apartments 4",prepared by Atlas
Technical Consultants, LLC and dated August 30, 2022,was used to determine the approximate groundwater
elevations relative to the street centerline elevations.
