Statement of Conformance The plat remains in substantial compliance with: (1)The uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat and DA; (2)the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and(3) acceptable engineering and surveying practices, and local standards. The development of this significant property has been anticipated for many years.
