Partial Release of Easement
WBEREAS, by subdivis~n recorded ~ Plat Book 92, at Pages 10961 through 10963 on July 5, 2005, as
Instrument Number 105089943, in the records of Ada County, State of Idaho, Jaydan Village Subdivision,
granted to IDAHO POWER COMPANY an easement (the "Easement") for the construction, operation and
maintenance of certain power line facilities upon the following premises located in Ada County, State of Idaho,
to-wit:
Jaydan Village Subdivision - A portion oj Government Lot 2, Section 4, Township 3 North Range 1
West, B.M.. Meridian. Ada County, Idaho.
AND, WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary or desirable that a certain portion of the Easement be
retained.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, IDAHO POWER COMPANY does hereby
release and abandon that certain portion of the Easement over the following described lands;
The 5-:ft public utility easement of the common interior lot line on either side of Lot 3 and 4, Block 3,
Jaydan Village Subdivision. Excepting that lO-ft public utility easement rnnning parallel with and contiguous
to North Christian Way, as noted on the official plat.
ALL RIGHTS and privileges under the above-described document in and to the remaining lands
covered by the Easement and any and all prescriptive or other rights the Grantee has acquired through

Homes P.B.A. And there are a few new requirements for Vacation's. For Vacations we now require that you
have a 1. Pre-application meeting with one of the planners,
2. Completed and signed Commission and Council Review Application
3. Pre-Application meeting notes
4. Neighborhood meeting sign-in sheet.
Sorry for any problems we just have new requirements on the Vacation applications, but the Property boundary
Adjustment application seems to be all in order, do you want to put that in the pipe line while you complete the
Vacation Application, or keep them together and submit them at the same time? Let me know.

to lots 3 & 4, block 3 of Jaydan Village Subdivision, Book 92, pages 10,961 thru 10,963.
Dear Michelle:
We have been requested by Beachwood Builders Inc, the owner of Lots 3 & 4, Block 3, of Jaydan Village
Subdivision, to vacate the irrigation, lot drainage and public utility easements created by note #2 of said plat
along a portion of the common line to said lots 3 and 4, as shown on attached Exhibit "A", for the purpose of
adjusting said common line. By signing this document, Intermountain Gas Company relinquishes its interest in
the below-described easement and agrees to the vacation of said easements by the City of Meridian.
Description:
Said easements being 5 feet in width, on either side of the line common to lots 3 & 4,
block 3 of Jaydan Village Subdivision as recorded in Book 92, pages 10,961 thru 10,963.
