Approval of Minutes—Attached Motion CB, second AF, all ayes—Approved. 2. Reports (Action may be taken if Necessary) Monthly Experience Reports February: Medical - Experience was 97.36%, up from the previous month for an average YTD of 86.46%. 5 Large Claims< $75,000. Several of these will be ongoing and will continue to rise. Gallagher will continue to monitor as we move through the year. One a positive note, we are no longer seeing Stellara as our#1 large claim due to the Cost Relief Program. Dental—Experience was 76.68%, down from previous month for an average YTD of 83.13%. Vision- Experience was 102.90%up from the previous month for an average YTD of 97.55%. Monthly Financial Reports February Financials sent to board on 4/15/24. Quarterly Financial Reports Q4 2023 sent to Board 3/20/24. 2023 Governance Letter, Final Financials and Audit Statement sent to Board on 4/15/24. 3. Discussion and Action Items A. Post-Retirement Health Update On hold until renewal is received and budget discussions begin. Legislature decisions have impacted revenue streams for the City. B. Plan changes for 2025 Benefits Committee discussion options for medical weight loss, fertility, reduced co-pays for PT, orthodontics for Delta Dental. C. Payments of bills, if any None D.
