A. Post-Retirement Health Update Update with Councilmember Strader complete.
Waiting on renewal costs and City budget for further action
B. Payments of bills, if any Added Audit payment approval - $7750. ED moved/AF
seconded. Added 2023 Tax payment approval - $1753. JN moved/ED seconded.
Discussed a policy change from the Board to allow for payments for the Trust that
will require a second signature for payment. Currently in excess of$1000
requires second signature, the proposal was to move the threshold to in excess of
$2000. Currently ther annual Idaho payment is the only amount that this would
affect. JN moved/ED seconded to move threshold to $2000. Approved.
C. Blue Cross Updates, if any—None. Anticipating renewal numbers in May.
D. Gallagher Updates, if any—Evaluating a variety of plan modifications for future
consideration.
