1.Approve PAC Meeting Minutes from 11-28-23

2. 5¯£ ³¤² £ $¨²¢´²²¨®Ȁ Public Art and Other Theming and Identity Projects at
Discovery Park, Fivemile Creek Trailhub, Fuller Park, and Chateau Park
Discovery Park bike racks ready for powder coating, Fanfare fabrication delayed,
but still on track for installation in April; working on Fivemile Creek Trailhub
signage (Eileen Gay working with Trademark Creative to incorporate mosaic into
the sign) and bike racks for Fivemile Creek Trailhub, with ribbon cutting in the
spring for whole site; no new update on Fuller Park (install in FY25; roster artists
or open call) since MAC meeting, Cassandra working on project plan; Parks and
Rec project at Chateau Park (install in FY24), with three Parks and Rec + 3 MAC
membersand local residents on design committee
3. 5¯£ ³¤ £ - ±ª¤³¨¦Ȁ Transit Stop Shelter Call to Artists
Call closes Feb. 16, 2024; City press release, Channel 6 questions, TVAA to add to
opportunities page/newsletter, contact Boise State and Valley Regional Transit, Art
Fort coordinator, MDC to help spread the word
4.0« ¨¦ £ $¨²¢´²²¨®Ȁ Traffic Box Art Program 2024 Locations
Option to wrap three two-box sets or five single boxes. The artists are paid the
same either way, but there are more installation costs associated with the two-box
sets. We will be issuing a new call to artists for this project, not for a roster.

Locations selected: Chinden/Ten Mile, Pine/8 St, Overland/Stoddard (two-box
sets)
