Alamar Subdivision is located on the north side of West Franklin Road approximately three-quarter
miles west of Ten Mile Road. We are requesting final plat approval for Phase 2 development to
include 1 single-family detached building lot, 22 single-family attached building lots, 2 common lots
and 2 common driveway lots on approximately 1.91 acres.
The Annexation and Zoning Ordinance No. 22-1985 (Instrument 2022-065180) and Development
Agreement (Instrument 2022-065010) were executed on July 20t", 2022.
The Final Plat is in conformance with all conditions and exhibits of the approved Preliminary Plat (H-
2022-0004) with the exception of the alignment of the 2 common driveway lots (Lot 2 and Lot 10,
Block 3). A Common Drive Exhibit has been provided with the application that details this change.
The Final Plat is in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC.
The Final Plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices
and local standards.
