Jennifer,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts and concerns about the proposed project. Your email has been
received by the office and we will make sure to share it with the Mayor and Council. While there is currently no formal
application of this project requiring a Council public hearing, the Mayor and Council are generally cautioned on
individual conversations outside of any public forum, as there is a chance that an application for this can come before
the Council in the future. That terminology and process can be confusing sometimes, so I am happy to chat with you if
you have additional questions and/or get you to the planning staff if need be.
All of that said, I appreciate your comments will pass them along. I have also copied the City Clerk, and the public
comments distribution list so that they can add your comments and email to the public record, and I have also copied
the City Planning Manager so this record can also be added to the project file.
Again, thank you for reaching out.

Question/Comment: It’s my understanding there are plans for a McDonald’s to be built on the corner of Eagle and
Amity in the Albertsons parking lot. As a resident of the joining neighborhood, I am requesting there not be a
McDonald’s there.
Should we contact you?:
