Silverstone Subdivision, Silverstone Subdivision No. ill would divide a portion of the first
phase, shown as Parcel A on the Lot Line Adjustment Survey, into an additional six lots.
In addition to the lot line changes noted above, the ~shes to Submit a Condominium
PreliminarylFinalPIat application for the internal division 'Ofthe existing building located on Lot
5, Block 1 Silverstone Subdivision. Goldstone Center Condominiums will provide individual
ownership for space within the bllilding waIls. No changes are required to Lot 5. All zoning and
servicing requirements have already been met for this lot. The condominium C.C.&R's and
Declarations will address the management and other legal issues associated with this subdivision.
Attached, you will find the required submittals. The proposed applications will meet the design
standards of the Ada County Highway District, and the City of Meridian ordinance requirements.
The proposed use is in conformance with the City of Meridian's Comprehensive Plan.
