Dear Neighbor,
Prior to the submittal of an Annexation and Rezone Application and a Conditional Use Permit
Application, the City of Meridian requires a meeting between the applicant and neighbors within
500 feet of the subject property.
Please join us for a neighborhood meeting at 525 E. Overland Road to discuss the subject
property. A neighborhood meeting was held on November 16, 2023 and nothing has changed.
The property is 0.77 acres and a 14-bed hospice facility is being proposed.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide you with an opportunity to review the proposed plan
and answer any questions you may have. This is not a public hearing, and public officials will
not be present.
The neighborhood meeting will be held:
