RE: Horse Meadows Subdivision — Final Plat Application
Dear Planning Staff,
KB Home Idaho LLC hereby applies for final plat approval for Horse Meadows Subdivision. This
plat is approximately 4.70 acres with 26 buildable lots and 4 common lots.
The preliminary plat was approved by Meridian City Council on September 22, 2020. This final
plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat, thereby meets all the required
conditions. This plat also meets all the requirements and provisions of the UDC and was prepared
in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and standards.
Horse Meadows Subdivision had a DA modification approved in 2021 associated with this
development, the recorded instrument number is 2021-179237.
Amenities for the site will be consist of walking paths with a picnic/shelter area.
