J-U-B FAMILY OF COMPANIES 15 May 2024 RE: Pine 43 No. 3 L15 B06 Easement Vacation (H-2023-0067) To Whom It May Concern: The property owner wishes to vacate a portion of the easement lying along northerly side lot line of Lot 15 Block 3 in Pine 43 Subdivision No. 3. The plat, which recorded on 8 September 2023, shows a 5-foot- wide utility side-yard easement on the north side of Lot 15 Block 3. The utility easements along the front and back of the lots are to remain. There are currently no in-ground or overhead utilities in the subject easement. No utilities or other persons are affected by this vacation. We are requesting vacation of this utility easement to remove restrictions to the homebuilder's building footprint. Potential future utilities running in this area in an east-west direction can pass through the common lot on the north side of Drucker St. Sincerely, Keith H.
