I just spoke with our engineer on this project. This is the Email that I received back from him.
We have nothing going down the proposed alley. I approve the relinquishment of easement for lot 15 for this
development.

Thanks for taking my call with regard to the request to vacate the utility easement at PINE43 no. 3. 1 have attached a
copy of the application that was submitted to Idaho Power for this same request.There are copies of the plat and a map
showing the easement that is being vacated.
Can you take a look at this request and let me know who I need to contact with Lumen to get a letter of easement
vacation?

Dear Dan,
This is in response to the partial public utility easement (PUE) relinquishment request submitted
to Idaho Power Company and received in our office January 16, 2024, regarding the possible
relinquishment of the PUE located as noted above. The attached Exhibits more specifically
identify the requested area for relinquishment_
Idaho Power's review of your request indicated that we do not have facilities located within the
requested area. As such, Idaho Power agrees to relinquish our interest in the public utility
easement area as shown on the attached map.
Thank you for providing Idaho Power Company the opportunity to review and comment upon
the subject petition for relinquishment.
