After reviewing the proposed project,the 85MPOA owners voted to approve a CC&R modification to support the use of self-storage. The owners that voted include the applicant,myself(Jon Hastings,2973 N Eagle Rd),Peter Valaskantjis (PNE Group Vill LLC,which owns 2847 and 2959 N Eagle Rd),and Discount Tire(Halle Properties LLC,which owns 2821 N Eagle lid).
