Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets for the S.
Benchmark Way and W. Cobalt Dr. Roadway Project are designed a minimum of three (3) feet above the
seasonal high ground water elevation. The groundwater monitoring report, "2021 ground water monitoring
final report—Wayfinder project",prepared by Natural Resource Solutions(NRS)and dated November 12,2021,
and 2022 groundwater data provided by NRS was used to determine the approximate groundwater elevations
relative to the street centerline elevations.
