I do not see any issue with including that additional area in your TM Center East plat,other than it looks like you're going to
have a very busy Certificate of Owners(per our GIS it looks like around five different owner entities).

Hi Dale and Jerry,
We are working on another phase of TM Center East.With this phase we intended to plat a portion of an are that was
approved with the TM Crossing Pre-Plat.See area below.The TM Crossing PrePlat has been expired.Sonya at the City said
that Meridian would not have any problem with it since it is just a common lot and r-o-w dedication.She suggested that we
reach out to Ada County to see if there could be any foreseeable issues on your end.What do you guys think?
