Project/Application Name: Two Mustard Seeds Women's Resale Shop- RZ
Request for Rezone from R-8 to OT on the property located at 817 Meridian Rd. Purpose of rezone is to
have a women's resale retail store. Minor remodeling will be made to add ADA compliant bathroom and a
handicap access ramp.
The retail store will resale upscale women's clothing, accessories and home decor items. These items will
be donated by local area residents in Boise, Meridian and Nampa. The store will be open 3-4 days per week
Description of Work: and will have volunteers to manage the sorting, pricing and stocking of items. The proceeds from the store
will provide matching scholarships for students in Kenya, Africa to attend high school. The name of the store
will be Two Mustard Seeds and is a program of Expansion International, a non-profit organization in Boise,
Idaho. The house at 817 Meridian will offer a unique shopping experience as we marry this beautiful old
house with a makeover and new furnishings, creating a place where people will find good value items all
while they shop for a cause.
