Regarding the purchase of the property at 817 N Meridian Rd, Meridian, ID 83642
Anika made a motion to authorize a board resolution naming the following people from the Property
Committee of the Board of Directors to sign any and all documents pertaining to the purchase of the
property on Meridian Rd, Meridian, Idaho,thereby authorizing Arlene Hardy, Marietta Thompson,
Jeanette Johnson, Pam Gabriel,or Lauren Phillips to execute documents on behalf of Expansion
International, Inc.
Molly seconded the motion.The motion passed unanimously.
