Meridian City Council Special Meeting August 13, 2002
The Special Meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00 P.M. on
Tuesday, August 13, 2002, by Mayor Robert Corrie.
Members Present: Mayor Robert Corrie, Keith Bird, Bill Nary, Cherie McCandless, and
Tammy de Weerd.
Others Present: Bill Nichols, Will Berg.
Item 1. Roll-call Attendance:

Corrie: I am opening the special meeting of the Meridian City Council on Tuesday
August 13, 2002 at 5:00 p.m. All present. I would like to have a motion from Council to
go into Executive Session in accordance with State Code 37-2345(1)(b).
Nary: I would so move we go into Executive Session under Idaho Code 67-2345(1)(b).
Bird: Second.
Corrie: Motion has been made and seconded. Roll-call please Mr. Clerk.
Roll-Call: Bird, aye; De Weerd, aye; McCandless, aye; Nary, aye.
(Executive Session)
(Members come out of Executive Session)
Corrie: It is 6:25. We will recess for an hour and a half or two hours and come back in
to continue the Executive Session.
(Recess)
Corrie: Okay, we are coming out of recess and back into session at ten minutes to
9:00.
(Executive Session)
Nary: I move we leave Executive Session.
De Weerd: Second.
Corrie: Motion has been made and second. All in favor say aye.

Corrie: We are out of executive session at 10:25 p.m. Thank you. No decisions were
made in the Executive Session.
De Weerd: I move we adjourn.
Bird: I will second that.
Corrie: All in favor say aye.
