The special meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 3:00P.M on
Friday October 5, 2001 by Mayor Robert Corrie.
Members Present: Robert Corrie, Cherie McCandless, Tammy de Weerd, and Keith
bird.
Members Absent: Ron Anderson.
Corrie: Okay, I will open this special meeting of the Meridian City Council on October
the 5th, 3:00 P.M. and this to go into executive session according to code 67-2345 (b).
With that indication, I will entertain a motion to do so.
Bird: Mr. Mayor, I move that we go into executive session as per the state code you just
read.
Corrie: Okay, and I hear a second. All those in favor say aye.
MOTION CARRIED: THREE AYES, ONE ABSENT

Corrie: We're back from the executive session. no decisions were made. It was all
discussions. I'll entertain a motion to come out of the executive session.
Bird: So moved.
De Weerd: Second.
Corrie: Motion made and seconded to come out of executive session. All say aye.
MOTION CARRIED: THREE AYES, ONE ABSENT
De Weerd: Mr. Mayor.
Corrie: Yes?
De Weerd: I move that we adjourn.
Bird: Second.
Corrie: Motion made and seconded to adjourn. All those in favor say aye.
