Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,May 7,2024 at
6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,33 E.Broadway Ave.Meridian
Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
H-2023-0058 Cityside Storage: Conditional Use Permit to
allow for a 4-story self-storage facility and increase the building
square footage from 32,500 to 135,000 on 2.08 acres of land in
the C-G zoning district and a Development Agreement Modifi-
cation to modify the exisiting Development Agreement to allow
a 4-story self-storage facility and increase the building square
footage from 32,500 to 135,000 on 2.08 acres of land in the
