Sonya, Here are the affected landscape plan sheets with minor modifications made to reflect the fencing along all common area lots, as well as to callout the vegetated area of the swale along Meridian Rd. I also included an updated detail sheet with the added pickleball court striping. This detail sheet also has the detail of the pet waste station showing that it is an in- ground installation. I’ll work on the lot ratio along that one portion of the southern boundary so we can have that to you before or in our presentation that we’ll send over on Thursday morning.
