I own the townhome at 2901 N Cajun Lane, which is directly across the street from the
proposed CitySide Storage project.
Ken Hosac contacted me to review the project that he presented at the Planning and
Zoning Commission public hearing on March 21, 2024 with me. We discussed the low traffic,
minimal parking conflicts, and low noise associated with the proposed self-storage facility.
We also discussed the benefits to our residential neighborhood of having adjacent storage.
I support the proposed project.
