Special Meeting of the Meridian City Council called to order by
Mayor Grant Kingsford at 8:00 p.m.:
Members Present: Ron Tolsma, Bert Myers, Bob Giesler, Max Yerrington:
Others Present: Wayne Crookston:
Mayor Kingsford: Council Members this is a Special Meeting to consider
pending ligation with the City Attorney:
The Motion was made by Myers and seconded by Yerrington to go into an
Executive Session at 8:02 p.m.:
Motion Carried: All Yea:
Meeting called back to order at 9:35 p.m. by Mayor Grant Kingsford, the
discussion in the Executive Session was to in regards to the Tammy
Perkins ligation problem:
The Motion was made by Tolsma and seconded by Giesler to adjourn at
9:36 p.m.:
