In regards to our application to modify our development agreement, .we
have notified adjacent landowners (See attached list), and have invited. .
them to an open house tonight to answer any questions they may have
about our future plans. The open house is to be held at our new
gazebo. The site has bee~ post~d per. the attached sign.
The public hearing before the city council is scheduled for Tuesday,
S.ptember 12, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.

Dear Neighbors;
Cherry Lane Christian Church is rapidly moving ahead with its
development of a small park on Ten Mile Road and plans to begin
construction of the main church facility off of Franklin Road is expected to
start in the spring of 2007. Cherry Lane Christian owns about 40 acres at
theNW corner of Ten Mile and Franklin Roads.
On September 12, 2006 the' Meridian City Council is reviewing our request
to complete the park portion of the plan. If you are interested in our park
efforts, please meet with us at 6:30 p.m. on Friday September 8 at our park
gazebo on Ten Mile. We will have information for you about our plans and
would be delighted in talking with you. .
