Re: FP 02-025 Final Plat approval for Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision #3.
Dear Kathy:
After review of the final plat of the above-mentioned application Settlers Irrigation
District requests the following:
I. All irrigation and drainage facilities/easements will need to be protected that are
effected by this project. The facility involved is the Coleman Lateral that will be
tiled in 30" RCP. A license agreement needs to be in place.
2. All storm drainage must be retained on-site.
3. Plan review/inspection fees shall be paid prior to any approvals.
