The public records you consulted are not correct. I own two condos on N Cajun Lane..
Yes, I support the proposed height of 48' .

Storage project. Your address of 646 W Sedgewick St was on the sign-in sheet along with your full name of Veda
Ballard.
At the Planning & Zoning Commission hearing on March 21, you testified that you own 3 townhomes across the street
(to the west) from my proposed self-storage project. Public records show that you own 2847 and 2863 on E Bourbon
St, and 2954 N Villere Ln.
During the public hearing, you also testified that you were ok with use of self-storage, but that you had concerns about
the proposed height of 55’. After the meeting, you came up to me and Meridian planner Linda Ritter and said that you
would support my proposed compromise height of 48’.
If this is still true, could you please “reply all” to this email and say that you agree. I’ve copied the City of Meridian so
that they will see your response.
