We were looking at the school district info as well based on a comment I though I heard from the neighbors at the
meeting. No problem on the delay to get it figured out.

We will attend the April 16 meeting as well as the May 7 meeting.
Attached are the revisions to the Pplat:
- Removed two lots at the northeast corner to provide better transition to the Keep big lot as directed by the
council
- Adjusted Vantage Point to the north so we show the construction of the entire road section to the south curb
line along the southern boundary.
- Adjusted the alignment of Command Street adjacent to Recreation to allow for the 330’ offset required by
ACHD. This adjusted the block on the south side of Vantage Point as well.
- Along with the realignment, we changed the “Duets” on the east side of Command to be 3 and 4 unit
townhomes instead of the two unit townhomes. These better fit the layout backing to the Ponds.
- The project is now presented as 242 dwelling units vs 246 at the last Council meeting for a reduction of 4
buildable lots.
- The layout changes resulted in no change in the open space calculations for the site.
In addition, I will present that we are going to construct a fence along the north side of the Vantage Point Buffer and
along the northwest of the townhouses in Block 16 during Phase I to prevent access to the pond until phase II when the
pond is fully developed.
