I can’t comment on the contents of your message because it is still an open application. However, I have been informed the applicant has requested this application be continued and will be before the council on 4/23. The City Clerk can assist you if you have other process questions. Thank you for reaching out and I hope you can understand why I cannot comment further. City Council Strader, My name is Mary Dechambeau and I am writing about this agreement between the city and epic developement. My family only became aware of this agreement yesterday. The city’s legal department did not inform us of this agreement. The easement in question is in the county. We would like you to delay the approval of Millwood until for several weeks so we can have time to obtain legal council to look at this license agreement. I understand that the public is not included in this afternoon meeting. If we had known about this agreement we would have had it looked at. I hope the city would have wanted to be transparent about issues that pertain to private property not in this subdivision. I hope you can understand our concerns. Mary Dechambeau Sent from my iPhone 1
