Sonya, I hate for the last minute change, but if we can, let's pull out of today's consent agenda and move to the
23rd. There are still a few minor moving parts on the CDs. We were thinking we would have to do a modification to
the plat for them later, but maybe we can just get everything tied up on the 23rd instead.
