Sent from my iPhone. City Council Roberts, One more point.Ada county developement has never signed off on the easement
showing that all the original conditions of approval were met. I have tried for years to find this information.They have not been able
to supply me with this information.So I know that it has not been done as this road blocks our irrigation. Mr Nary said it is not his
concern. I will go before Ada county commissioners and tell my story as being caught between city and county code is not fair for
