McMillan Road, Ste 102-162 Boise, Idaho 83713 Project: Alamar Subdivision No 2 Parcels S1210346603 and S1210345730 Alamar Subdivision is located on the north side of West Franklin Road approximately three-quarter miles west of Ten Mile Road. We are requesting final plat approval for Phase II to include 1 single- family detached building lot, 32 single-family attached building lots, 2 common driveway lots and 2 common lots. The Annexation and Zoning Ordinance No. 22-1985 (Instrument 2022-065180) and Development Agreement (Instrument 2022-065010) were executed on July 20t", 2022. The Final Plat is in conformance with all conditions and exhibits of the approved Preliminary Plat (H- 2022-0004) with the exception of the alignment of the 2 common driveway lots (Lot 2 and Lot 10, Block 3). A Common Drive Exhibit has been provided with the application that details this change. The Final Plat is in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC.
