Per Idaho Pup and Ale's site plan, their property is shown in blue. The improvement area within their application is bounded in red including the full drive aisle to the east and pavement for additional stalls upon our property. Additionally, all property owners are subject to a non-exclusive parking easement across all properties, per Section 2.1.4 of the Master Declaration, which is attached.
