As a follow-up to the pre-application meeting, I am clarifying the parking. Per Idaho Pup and Ale's site plan, their property is shown in
blue. The improvement area within their application is bounded in red including the full drive aisle to the east and pavement for
additional stalls upon our property.

As you can see from this exhibit, the additional drive aisle and parking ties into the full buildout of the future building(s)along
Wayfinder. The design of the parking is to create the ability to better circulate through the sites, and not always need to go to Peak
Cloud.

Each user within TM Creek needs to provide its own parking for the use, which Idaho Pup and Ale can sufficiently park within their lot.
Additionally, all property owners are subject to a non-exclusive parking easement across all properties, per Section 2.1.4 of the Master
Declaration, which is attached.
