This letter is to provide certification for Foxcroft Subdivision No. 3 that all street finished
centerline elevations are set a minimum of three(3)feet above the highest established groundwater
elevations. This information is based on a geotechnical report [including groundwater monitoring]
from Site Consulting, LLC dated March 10, 2021.
