RE: Final Plat for Foxcroft Subdivision No.3
Dear Mayor and Council:
Please accept this request for Final Plat approval for Foxcroft No.3. This subdivision is located at the
northwest corner of N. Ten Mile Road and W. Pine Street.
Foxcroft Subdivision No.3 is in compliance with the (H-2020-0113) and meets all requirements of
conditions.
Foxcroft Subdivision No. 3 Final Plat is in conformance with:
1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses
2. The uses requirements and provisions of the UDC
3. Acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
