Boise Project -Board of Control (BPOC) operates and maintains the gravity irrigation through
this property. Please contact Thomas Ritthaler BPOC, as they are the delivery agent, at 208-
344-1141 or 2465 Overland Road Room 202 Boise, ID 83705-3173.
If a� surface drainage leaves the site, NMID requires a filed Land Use Change Application
for review prior to final platting.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended that irrigation water
be available to all developments within NMID. Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-
3805.
