Plans showed all improvements to this subdivision are outside the easement of the 10 Mile Stub Drain. The Districts easement for the 10 Mile Stub Drain at this location is a minimum of sixty feet (60') total, twenty-five feet (25') left and thirty-five (35') right facing downstream# chanes other than authorized in the approval letter dated January 31, 2024 will require Any g another Land Use Change Application and full review of its plans. All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended that irrigation water be available to all developments within NMID. Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31- 3805.
