To Whom It May Concern:
Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) received plans dated January 20, 2023 for this
proposed project. Plans showed all improvements to this subdivision are outside the easement
of the 10 Mile Stub Drain. The Districts easement for the 10 Mile Stub Drain at this location is
a minimum of sixty feet (60') total, twenty-five feet (25') left and thirty-five (35') right facing
