Sonya:
Please find below and explanation of how the Final Plat Landscape Plan dated 2-26-2024 meets
the preliminary plat conditions of approval:
2.2.A All existing trees are to be removed. Mitigation has been reviewed by the Meridian City
Forester and the mitigation calculations are listed under the Landscape Calculation on sheet L6.
2.2.13 The 20-foot landscape buffer along W. Aviator St. has been landscaped per the UDC
standards. The Landscape Calculation on sheet L6 demonstrates compliance with the updated
UDC standards.
2.2.0 The 25-foot landscape buffer along W. Franklin Rd has been landscaped per the UDC
standards. The Landscape Calculation on sheet L6 demonstrates compliance with the updated
UDC standards.
2.2.D The fencing type has been changed to a 6-foot tall iron fence along the east boundary of
the site adjacent to the Purdam Gulch Drain.
2.2.E The landscape in the street buffer along W. Franklin Rd meets the enhanced entryway
corridor standard in the UDC by providing a 4-foot berm.
2.2.F A 4-foot tall berm has been provided in the landscape buffer along W. Franklin Rd. There
is a break in the berm and an extended pedestrian pathway in the central common area
between the 1- and 2-bedroom units to the sidewalk along Franklin Rd.
Thank you-
