STATEMENTS OF COMPLIANCE & DEVELOPMENT FEATURES TUSCANY LAKES N0.1 SUBDNISION Annexation Requirements ACRD recommendations 1-30. We have designed the constructions plans to comply with all of those requirements as they apply to this phase of development, with the following modifications: 4. The 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk on Locust Grove Road abutting the site will meander in and out of landscape lot instead of being located 2-feet within the new right-of-wav of Locust Grove Road. Nampa & Meridian Irrigation Requirements 1. Land Use Change Application will be filed with the Nampa Meridian Irrigation District after Meridian Public Works approval of construction plans. Meridian Fire Department Requirements 1-9. We have designed the constructions plans to comply with all of those requirements as they apply to this phase of development. Preliminarv Plat Requirements Planning & Zoning and Engineering Requirements 1 & 2. New mains have been designed to extended from the existing locations to and through this proposed phase of development. 3. Fencing plan is apart of the landscaping plan. 4. Performance specifications for the common area pressurized irrigation system shall be submitted with the Final Plat application(s). 5. Completed during hearings 6. Does not apply to this phase 7.
