STATEMENTS OF COMPLIANCE
1. Streets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks aze to be constructed to standards as required by Ada
County Highway District and Meridian Ordinance. Dimensions will be determined by
the City Engineer. All sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width.
2. Proposed plat is in conformance with the City of Meridian Zoning & Subdivision
Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan.
3. Development will connect to City services.
4. Proposed plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat.
5. Proposed plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying
practices and local standards.

Annexation Requirements
ACRD recommendations
1-30. We have designed the constructions plans to comply with all of those
requirements as they apply to this phase of development, with the following
modifications:
4. The 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk on Locust Grove Road abutting the site
will meander in and out of landscape lot instead of being located 2-feet within
the new right-of-wav of Locust Grove Road.
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation Requirements
1. Land Use Change Application will be filed with the Nampa Meridian
Irrigation District after Meridian Public Works approval of construction plans.
Meridian Fire Department Requirements
1-9. We have designed the constructions plans to comply with all of those requirements as
they apply to this phase of development.
Preliminarv Plat Requirements
Planning & Zoning and Engineering Requirements
1 & 2. New mains have been designed to extended from the existing locations to and
through this proposed phase of development.
