Project Narrative
The proposedbuildingfor Dr. Barnesat 3169W. Belltower in Meridian, Idaho will be a
commercial office buildingfor hisdental practice.The buildingwill be all new construction -3,600
square foot single-storystructure.
The exterior will be white stucco andgraystone withdarktrimmedarchitectural windows&
fascia. The size andscale of the buildingare similar to the other nearbycommercial buildings.
The elevationsfeature a traditional style withhippedroofsandoffsetsin the wallsfor the
entrancesandaroundthe building.
Complementarylandscapingwill accent the building. There will be sidewalksat the front &side
of the building, andadjacent to the parkingfor pedestrian access. The parkinglot &islandsare
existingto the site.
