RE: Final Plat for Jump Creek Subdivision No.7
Dear Mayor and Council:
Please accept this request for Final Plat approval for Jump Creek No. 7. This subdivision is located at
the northwest corner of N. Blackcat Rd and W. McMillan Rd. This is the final phase of this overall
development.
Jump Creek Subdivision No.7 is in compliance with the preliminary plat (PP14-013) and
meets all requirements of conditions.
Jump Creek Subdivision No. 7 Final Plat is in conformance with:
1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses
2. The uses requirements and provisions of the UDC
3. Acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
