This subdivision is located at the northwest corner of N. Blackcat Rd and W. McMillan Rd. This is the final phase of this overall development.  Jump Creek Subdivision No.7 is in compliance with the preliminary plat (PP14-013) and meets all requirements of conditions.  Jump Creek Subdivision No. 7 Final Plat is in conformance with: 1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses 2. The uses requirements and provisions of the UDC 3.
