The Meridian City Council is agreeable to deferring the otherwise typically required frontage improvements along Amity
Road, adjacent to Lot 1, Block 2, Stonehill Crossing Subdivision until that lot is re-subdivided and developed in the future.
Please see pages 12 and 17 of the attached (pages 8 and 13 of the staff report) for more information. Stated another
way, the City Council approved the applicant’s requested deferral of improvements, as follows:
Amity Rd. frontage improvements along Lot 1, Block 2 (i.e. pavement widening, borrow ditch/drainage
improvements, 10’ wide multi-use pathway, street buffer landscaping and associated overhead and underground
utility relocations.)
