I am a resident of the Woodbridge community - 582 S. Wood haven, Meridian, Idaho. In the recent
past I appeared before you and spoke in opposition to a proposal by the Conger Group to build a
complex at the corner of Wells and Magic View. The project proposed by Alton Jones north of Magic
View and is adjacent to both the Woodbridge and Green Haven communities. I urge the Council to
approve this appeal if at all possible. Because of time restraints, I am unable to determine the
attitudes of my fellow Woodbridge residents. I am in favor of a project of this type because the
objections that were raised against the Conger project do not apply to the Alton Jones proposal.
