Dear Macy Lui,
On April 6, 2023, the Director granted tentative approval of Project No. 202300414-PBA,
subject to the conditions of approval listed in Exhibit A. The final conditions of approval
for the property boundary adjustment have been met as listed:
1. The applicant shall have a Record of Survey completed by a professionally
licensed surveyor and record the Record of Survey with the County Recorder's
office.
2. The applicant shall obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor.
3. The applicant and/or owner shall provide the following documentation to the
Director:
a. One copy of the recorded Record of Survey.
b. Proof of assignment of tax parcel numbers.
c. One copy of the recorded deeds.
4. Upon completing the above tasks, the applicant shall request a letter from the
Director stating the Property Boundary Adjustment is final.
Project No. 202300414-PBA has met the required conditions of approval as listed above.
This letter certifies that Project No. 202300414-PBA has received final approval.
