Project Description
Annexation of 30.36 acres to Medium High-Density Residential zoning with a
proposed 205 residential building lots.

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following
comments:
1. Per ACHD's correspondence dated October 16, 2023,ACHD requested a revised study addressing their
remaining comments on the second submitted TIS. ITD is requesting to see a copy of that revised TIS for
Rockwell Greens.
