The entire width of this access will be built with phase 1 (possibly with the exception of the curb and
gutter on the south side). We can clarify this on the phasing plan and send back to you if needed.

My concern is you are building half a road. Fire lanes needs to be 20'wide minimum.The entire roadway width will need
to be built?

We are in need of fire approval for the project attached. This submittal will be part of the short plat
process requiring a letter of approval or approval on the Final plat. Let me know how you prefer to
give approval. In speaking with Sonya it sounds like we need to show the approval at submittal for
review so I am guessing a letter is best.
