IN THE MATTER OF THE
REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF
A PRIVATE STREET LOCATED
WITHIN THE TREASURE
VALLEY TECHNICAL CENTER,
MERIDIAN, IDAHO

APPLICANT.
ORDER APPROVING A
PRIVATE STREET
This matter coming before the City Council on the 5~h day of December, 2000,
under the provisions of Meridian City Code § § 8-2-4 A. and B., 8-2-5 A. 3. g. and B. 1. and
2. a., and 8-2-6 B. and C. 1. and 5. for final action upon the applicant's request for a
private street, the Council takes the following action:
i. That the Applicant is granted approval for their request for a private street;
that the private street has been designated as S. Tech Lane by the Ada County Street
Nmne Committee. The street has been built according to Ada County specifications with
inspections done by Strata Engineering. The Applicant, through their letter dated
November 30, 2000, has requested the Planning and Zoning Department to assign S. Tech
Lane a street number.
2. That the Applicant has met all the requirements under the provisions of

Meridian City Code §§ 8-2-4 A~ and B., 8-2-5 A. 3. g. and B.1. and 2. a., and 8-2-6 B. and
C. 1. and 5., and therefore:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of the Applicant for approval of their
private street, to be known by the name of S. Tech Lane, is approved and that such street
shall be assigned a street number by the Planning and Zoning Department.
By action of the City Council at its regular meeting held on the ~-~ day
