The Final Plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat (H-2022-0089) and meets all conditions thereof. The Final Plat is in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC. The Final Plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural, and surveying practices and local standards.
