RE: Millwood Subdivision Final Plat Application
Dear Planning Division:
On behalf of Epic Development Victory LLC, please accept the application for Final Pat
associated with Millwood Subdivision located in the Southwest corner near Victory Rd and
Locust Grove. The project consists of one parcel (Parcel No. S1129223095) comprised of 4.11
acres.
The Final Plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat (H-2022-0089) and meets all
conditions thereof.
The Final Plat is in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC.
The Final Plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural, and surveying
practices and local standards.
The Annexation, Rezone, and Preliminary Plat approval has been received under Record No.
H-2022-0089 and Ordinance No. 23-2016 and recorded Instrument No. 2022-023862.
The Development Agreement has been recorded under Instrument No. 2023-023848.
